Scott Young is a passionate social impact entrepreneur who envisions an inclusive economy that benefits everyone. His unwavering belief in seeing people for their potential, rather than their barriers, drives his mission.

In 2004, alongside his brother Trent, Scott co-founded Young Guns, a venture that has employed over 1200 young individuals across Australia, the US, Canada, and New Zealand, particularly within the Logistics/Supply Chain sector. His focus on instilling a growth mindset in the next generation of leaders positions Scott as an invaluable role model dedicated to helping young people unlock their full potential.

Scott also actively participates in the Young Family Impact Investment vehicle, 'Bendiboi.' The Young Family's commitment lies in fostering inclusive and regenerative economies where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have the autonomy to determine their own destinies.

My three little kids.

Share an interesting fact about yourself that not many people know.

I grew up on a cattle station an hour and a half south of Roma, Queensland.

At a trivia night, what would you describe as your specialist subject?

Sport would be my only contribution.

What hobby or activity do you love outside of your career?

Playing games with my young family in the backyard.

If you could meet anyone on earth, who would you choose?

I would love to sit around a campfire with some of my ancestors.
