Excavator Operator

About the Role

First Grade Recruitment is seeking skilled and motivated Excavator Operators to join our team for civil projects across South East Queensland. We are looking for operators who are ready to make an impact and partner with a company that values strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience on civil construction sites.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Current Construction Safety Card (White Card).
• Appropriate PPE for civil works.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (this is a must).
• Strong teamwork skills and commitment to strict safety standards.
• Hands-on experience operating excavators ranging from 3.5 T to 70 T Machines (brands such as Cat, Hitachi, Kobelco, Kubota).
• Trenching and deep excavation experience.
• Final Trim and bulk earth work experience required. 
• Availability to work up to 6 days per week.
• Work-related referees who can verify your skills and safety awareness.
• Additional tickets or qualifications (advantageous).
