Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Scribe & Recruitment Process Support professional. The ideal candidate will have experience in Government recruitment processes, but we are also open to individuals with transferable skills who are eager to learn and grow in this field. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient recruitment processes that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Shortlisting: Handle the meticulous task of shortlisting candidates. Participate in shortlisting meetings and compile comprehensive reports.
Administration: Record all shortlisting decisions and panel moderation outcomes. Engage with shortlisted candidates, scheduling interviews and confirming details. Provide complete panel packs, including candidate applications and interview schedules.
Interview Scribing: Actively participate in interviews, providing valuable insights and scribing services. Accurately document interview discussions and decisions.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Confirm interview details with candidates and panel members.
Proposal Quoting: Prepare detailed quotes for recruitment services. Understand and commit to milestones in assignments.
Selection Report Production: Create detailed comparative statements and nomination reports.
Reference Checking: Conduct thorough reference checks to gather insights on candidates’ backgrounds and suitability.
Candidate Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to external candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
Critical Skills for Scribing: - Excellent time management skills.

- Effective listening and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated writing skills, including the production of accurate reports.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
